Description

This GS 11099 spiral made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) represents the ultimate protection for extremely thick hydraulic hoses, massive cable bundles, or large-scale industrial hoses. It is indispensable for the heaviest construction machinery, deep mining, and large-capacity drilling rigs.

With a wall thickness of over 5 mm, it serves as impenetrable armor against crushing, cutting, and severe abrasive wear (e.g., against sharp rock).
An inside diameter of 99 mm makes it possible to shield even the thickest main hydraulic supply lines or to create a single safe "conduit" for dozens of smaller lines.
The material is fully UV-stabilized and resistant to all aggressive operating fluids (oils, fuels, brake fluids).
It retains its toughness from arctic frosts (-50 °C) right up to hot summer operations.
