Why SKF's SEAL JET technology?
The main advantage of the SEAL JET method is the speed and flexibility of seal production while maintaining high dimensional accuracy. We produce more than 160 basic seal profiles to order with a wide range from an inner diameter of 5 mm up to an outer diameter of 600 mm (NG 060), covering most standard industrial requirements. Another key advantage is speed, allowing us to produce seals practically while you wait.

For bearing manufacturing, we use materials: ECORUBBER 1 (NBR), ECORUBBER 2 (FPM), ECORUBBER 3 (EPDM), ECOPUR (PUR), ECOTAL (POM), and more. Detailed information about individual materials used for seal manufacturing can be obtained on the SKF website.
What will we need from you for custom manufacturing?
In order to produce the correct and usable type of seal, it is necessary to enter the correct input data into the machine. For this reason, the measurement phase on your parts is absolutely crucial. If you visit us in person at our store and provide your metal parts, we will determine the required dimensions ourselves. You can also place an order by phone or email. In such cases, a drawing of the seal with basic dimensions often helps. We are happy to produce seals for you starting from just a single piece.
How will the manufactured seal get to me?
We manufacture seals in Brno and Havlíčkův Brod, often while you wait. You can, of course, pick it up there, or we can deliver it to our branch in Jihlava. However, it is no problem to send the manufactured seal anywhere in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
Mass-produced seals on the e-shop
A significant part of the hydraulic seal segment also consists of the sale of mass-produced seal types. You can buy hydraulic seals on our e-shop and have them delivered directly to your address; usually, we deliver the goods to you within 48 hours at the latest. You can also pick up the goods at one of our stores in Havlíčkův Brod, Jihlava, or Brno. It is also possible to simply reserve the goods on the e-shop for personal pickup at any store. Each branch has technically trained staff who will be happy to help you select the right seal.
