Manufacture of pulleys and sprockets, chain modification
In addition to mass-produced pulleys, chains, and sprockets that we sell on our e-shop, we also provide custom manufacturing of pulleys, sprockets, and chain modifications based on your drawing documentation and requirements. These involve sprockets or pulleys with non-standard shapes, dimensions, materials, or other custom features that cannot be accommodated by standard mass production. In cooperation with a foreign manufacturer, we can handle orders starting from just a single piece, evaluating each business case individually.
Custom manufacturing of specific pulleys
In addition, we also offer custom manufacturing of V-belt and timing pulleys based on provided drawing documentation. These are pulleys with non-standard shapes, dimensions, materials, or other custom features that cannot be accommodated by mass production. In cooperation with a foreign manufacturer, we can handle orders starting from a single piece, evaluating each business case individually.

Standard pulleys on the e-shop
In our e-shop range, you will find a range of standard pulleys for torque transmission. These include pulleys for V-belts as well as timing belts of basic profile series. In terms of design and mounting options, we supply both solid pulleys with unbored hubs and pulleys designed for Taper Lock clamping bushings. The unique Taper Lock bushing system allows simple, fast, and efficient assembly and disassembly of pulleys simply by screwing both parts together without the need for additional machining. The bushings already feature a finished bore with a keyway according to the DIN standard. We keep the most commonly used V-belt, timing, and ribbed pulleys of standard profiles permanently in stock, while other non-stock types can be supplied on request.
Custom chain modification and design
We can also customize special roller chains with attachments of various shapes and arrangements, extended pins, plastic elements, etc. We can prepare all chains for customers to specific finished lengths (number of links) according to their specifications. Based on the provided machine input parameters, our technical department will calculate a roller chain drive with specific sprockets and the optimal chain type for the given application.
Chains on the e-shop
We sell roller chains and conveyor chains as well as related machinery parts. We offer high-quality roller chains from a major global manufacturer - RENOLD. On our e-shop, you will find standard chains for common needs, mid-range chains with a very good price/performance ratio, and top-tier roller chains with extremely extended service life for demanding applications and critical machine assemblies. In addition, our range includes specific chain designs for special operating conditions, such as stainless steel roller chains, chains for dusty and abrasive environments, maintenance-free self-lubricating chains, roller chains for wet corrosive environments, etc.
Custom sprocket design
In cooperation with a foreign partner, we also manufacture custom non-standard sprockets according to provided drawing documentation, including induction-hardened teeth. Production is highly flexible, not subject to minimum order quantities, and we realize it even for single-piece orders.
Sprockets on the e-shop
As an integral part of chain drives, we also offer corresponding sprockets. For basic size series according to the DIN standard, i.e. from size 06B to 16B, we permanently keep in stock a range from 10 to 30 teeth, most commonly in a version with a hub, and some also as plate wheels. For selected sprocket sizes, we also offer versions with induction-hardened teeth to extend service life. Other modifications include sprockets for mounting on Taper Lock taper bushings, sprockets with finished bore and keyway, idler sprockets with bearing, etc.
