Agro belts for agriculture
This category includes high-performance belts designed for extreme mechanical stress occurring in agricultural and municipal machinery. Unlike standard industrial belts, agricultural belts are designed to withstand shock loads, frequent slippage, the effects of dust, oil, and variable weather conditions.
Variable speed belts: They are specific in their width and construction, which allows for a continuous change in the gear ratio (e.g., in traction drives or threshing mechanisms of combine harvesters). They have high transverse rigidity, which prevents their deformation in the pulleys under high clamping force.
V-belts (classic and banded): A fundamental element of fan, pump, and cutter bar drives. They are often used in the so-called banded design (joined belts), which eliminates vibrations and prevents individual belts from rolling over in the grooves during a sudden surge in power.
Belts for lawnmowers and garden equipment: These belts (often with aramid/Kevlar cord) are designed for mower deck drives. They are designed to work with outer tensioner pulleys ("on the back"), which requires extreme flexibility and resistance to fatigue failure.
