Agri bearings for agriculture
This product group includes highly durable bearings and complete bearing assemblies designed to operate in the most demanding conditions of modern agriculture. They withstand extreme dust, moisture, mud, and high dynamic loads encountered by soil cultivation machinery, seed drills, and harvesting equipment.
Insert bearings (Y-bearings): These bearings with a convex outer ring are designed for mounting in sheet metal or cast iron housings. They are equipped with a special multi-lip seal and are secured to the shaft using set screws or eccentric locking collars, which allows easy installation even on long shafts without the need for shoulders.
Tapered roller bearings: Thanks to their design, they are capable of simultaneously carrying high radial and axial loads. In agriculture, they are primarily used in axle wheel hubs, gearboxes, and disc mounts, where maximum rigidity and long service life under shock loads are required.
Bearing units: These are complete units (housings) made of cast iron, steel, or pressed sheet metal, fitted with insert bearings. They are self-aligning, allowing them to compensate for minor shaft misalignments caused by machine frame deformations in the field, and they usually feature a grease nipple for regular maintenance.
