Description

CCGH14-70 is a steel suspension or pivot pin with a diameter of D=14 mm and length of L=70 mm.

The pin has a groove for a retaining ring on both of its ends, which serves for axial securing during assembly. Two pieces of retaining rings are included in the scope of delivery.

The pin is made of C45 carbon steel, has a hardened surface to 40-45 HRC and a black oxide surface finish.

Suspension pins are used in mechanical engineering as a movable connecting element and a pivot point between two assembly parts. Pivot pins allow the rotation of assembly parts similar to hinges. In addition, the pin also enables the connection of assembly parts in movable mechanisms, where, in addition to the connection function, it can also serve, for example, for angle alignment.
