Description

A stylish and highly durable hinge with an offset pin, designed for mounting on machine frames, aluminum profiles, and protective covers. Thanks to its special geometry, this hinge allows for a specific opening angle and an aesthetically clean door mounting solution.

Material (Super-technopolymer): Made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA) based technopolymer. This material offers an excellent balance between weight and mechanical strength. It is resistant to impacts, UV radiation, and most industrial solvents.
Offset design: A characteristic feature of the CFMX series is the offset of the joint outside the plane of the mounting surfaces. This allows for mounting on the edges of profiles or panels, with the axis of rotation shifted so that the door does not collide with the frame structure when opening.
SH-5 version: Indicates the type of mounting for countersunk screws (5.5 mm diameter holes). Once mounted, the hinge is flush with the screw surface, which increases safety (no risk of catching clothing) and facilitates cleaning.
Rotation pin: Made of stainless steel AISI 303. This ensures smooth operation without seizing, high load capacity, and absolute corrosion resistance even in wet environments.
Maintenance-free: The combination of technopolymer and stainless steel pin requires no lubrication, making it ideal for clean environments in the food or pharmaceutical industries.
