Description

The indexing plunger of the GN 617.1 series is a type with a rest position and a lock nut with an M20x1.5 thread.

It is made entirely of AISI 303 stainless steel, and the 10 mm diameter pin is chemically nickel-plated. The stainless steel knob cannot be disassembled.

Indexing plungers of this design are used for applications where the pin needs to be locked in the retracted position. To achieve the locked position, the pin is retracted and the knob is then turned by 90°. The knob is secured in this position by a notch, holding the pin in the retracted position.
