Description

The GN 817.1 series indexing plunger is a type with a rest position and a lock nut with an M12x1.5 thread.

It is made of AISI 303 stainless steel, and the 6 mm diameter pin is chemically nickel-plated. The knob is made of black polyamide with a matte finish.

Indexing plungers of this design are used for applications where the pin needs to be locked in the retracted position. To achieve the locked position, the pin is retracted and then the knob is turned by 90°. In this position, the knob is secured by a notch and holds the pin in the retracted position.
