Description

V-belt of the classical profile 10Z from the Profi product line by the Czech manufacturer Rubena.
The belt has a top profile width of approx. 10 mm, a height of 6 mm, and an inside length of 750 mm.
The belt construction consists of polyester tension cords vulcanized in cords within the neoprene belt body, and the entire belt is subsequently wrapped in a vulcanized textile fabric.
Wrapped V-belts of classical profile are among the first types historically developed for torque transmission. They are universal and inexpensive belts for a wide range of applications. They can be found in older or classical applications with lower power transmission requirements.
For more demanding drives, we recommend using a higher-performance series with the so-called narrow profile SPZ, or in the raw edge molded cogged design XPZ. These belts can be fitted on the same pulleys as the original 10Z belts.
10Z belts are installed on pulleys of the SPZ profile.
