Threadlocking and thread sealing NOVATO 550 415, 10 g

NOVADURIT® S 111 is a medium-strength, single-component anaerobic resin designed for securing and sealing threaded connections. The secured joint can be easily disassembled using standard hand tools. Suitable for threads up to M18 and a maximum gap of 0.1 mm. Color blue. NOVADURIT ® S 111 is designed for general use in manufacturing and repair for securing screw connections and threads, such as: nuts, screws, countersunk screws, studs. The product cures in the absence of air in the gap between bonded metal surfaces and prevents loosening or leakage of the joint caused by vibration and shock. It replaces lock (spring) washers and plastic inserts. It is also used for securing countersunk head screws, conveyor belt screws, and on structural equipment. Handling strength is achieved within approx. 5 minutes (varies depending on temperature and surface). Curing can be accelerated by using NOVADURIT ® ACTIVATOR.
