Description

The NORMAClamp® TORRO® hose clamp is a worm drive clamp according to DIN 3017. It is suitable for mounting hoses with an outer diameter from 70 to 90 mm. The 9 mm wide band is made of carbon steel with an Aluzinc zinc-aluminum finish, and the screw and pins are made of galvanized steel with blue chromate (grade W1).

This type of clamp is ideally suited for applications with high mechanical loads. A key feature of the product is its asymmetric construction, which ensures high clamping force and strength, as well as an even distribution of the clamping force. The clamp fits perfectly on the hose and ensures optimal tightness of the connection. The stainless steel version of the clamp can be used in environments with a risk of corrosion, or in the food industry, chemical industry, etc.
