Description

The NORMAClamp® TORRO® hose clamp is a worm drive clamp according to DIN 3017. It is suitable for mounting hoses with an outer diameter from 10 to 16 mm. The band, with a width of 9 mm, is made of carbon steel with a zinc-aluminum Aluzinc coating, and the screw and pins are made of galvanized steel with a blue chromate finish (W1 version).

This type of clamp is ideally suited for applications with high mechanical loads. A key feature of the product is its asymmetrical construction, which ensures high clamping force and strength, as well as an even distribution of the clamping force. The clamp fits perfectly on the hose and ensures optimal joint tightness. The stainless steel version of the clamp can be used in corrosive environments, or in the food industry, chemical industry, etc.
