Description

Temapack 4220 gland packing consists of PTFE yarn and graphite, which together with the aramid component create the so-called "zebra" effect. The impregnation used here is silicone oil. Gland packing 4220 is most commonly used in more demanding operations for highly abrasive media, such as equipment in mines, pumping of sludge and wastewater.
