Description

The high-performance V-belt XPZ 1212 Conti®VX Advance is the successor to the previous successful CONTI®V FO PIONEER series. It is a maintenance-free narrow-profile V-belt SPZ according to DIN 7753 / ISO 4184 with raw edges and ground flanks, which contributes to significantly better friction conditions in the pulley groove. In combination with a highly durable and special fiber-reinforced EPDM rubber compound and polyester tension cords, the belt resists temperatures ranging from -40 to +130 °C and is capable of transmitting several times higher loads than standard classic profile belts.

Features - advantages:

Due to manufactured lengths up to 3550 mm, XPZ belts can also be used in installations with a larger center distance of the pulleys
Excellent temperature resistance in the range from -40 °C to +130 °C
Extended service life thanks to a rubber compound with increased wear resistance
Maintenance-free operation
Constant belt length tolerance (L=L design) for trouble-free matching in sets
Antistatic properties according to ISO 1813
Partially oil-resistant
Corresponding pulleys are SPZ V-belt pulleys
According to the US standard RMA/ARPM, the corresponding belt designation is 3VX 479
