Description

NORD-LOCK® NL 6-F (M6) lock washer with an inner diameter of 6.5 mm and a Delta-Protect surface finish utilizes a unique wedge-locking system that 100% protects bolted joints from self-loosening, even under extreme vibration and dynamic loads. Thanks to the enlarged outer diameter of 13.5 mm and thickness of 2.5 mm, this hardened pair of washers is ideal for safely distributing pressure on softer materials such as aluminum, or over slotted holes. It is particularly useful in the automotive industry, heavy machinery, and agricultural equipment, where it significantly reduces the risk of failures and maintenance costs.

Example of use:

Automotive industry and motorsport: Securing critical joints on chassis and exhaust systems.
Industrial machinery and presses: Joints subjected to constant shocks and vibrations.
