Dvouřadá válečková ložiska se vyznačují vyšší tuhostí a únosností, než jednořadá. Používají se např. pro uložení pracovních vřeten obráběcích strojů a podobných zařízení. Mají vnější (NN) nebo vnitřní (NNU) kroužek bez vodicích přírub, tudíž nemohou přenášet žádná axiální zatížení. Dodávají se též ložiska s plným počtem valivých těles a domazávací drážkou s otvory na vnějším kroužku
