On June 25 and 26, we will welcome a distinguished guest to Mateza. Ing. Vladimír Oravčík, a long-time specialist from SKF, will visit our Jihlava branch on June 25 and our Brno branch on June 26. Vladimír Oravčík is a graduate of the University of Žilina, majoring in mechanical engineering technology with a focus on machining theory and bearing manufacturing. He has therefore been dedicated to technology since the very beginning of his professional career – and not only theoretically, but above all in real operations.
He has 14 years of experience in the maintenance of a metallurgical plant and 5 years with an SKF distributor. It is this combination of experience from heavy industry and the world of bearings that makes him an expert who understands maintenance issues from both sides – from the operations side as well as from the perspective of a technical solutions provider.
Since 2003, he has worked at SKF Slovensko s.r.o., where he held positions with responsibility for service and key accounts. He worked with MAPRO, COMO, AM, and LuSy product areas and specialized in demanding industries – cement plants, the steel industry, and the paper industry (Pulp & Paper).
